Safer Housing

    1. Indicator: provide wrap-around care and protection for 30 children

    2. Indicator: hire three caretakers, one cook, and one watchman for supporting the children

    3. Indicator: provide each resident with at least three nutritious meals each day.

    4. Indicator: provides each resident with a bed and personal clothing items.

Productive Youth

    1. Indicator: prepares students for success in the 21st century by engaging them in rigorous and relevant learning opportunities that promote academic, physical, and emotional growth measured by academic performance, reading level - formative, interim and summative assessments.

    2. Indicator: hire four teachers and one vocational instructor

    3. Indicator: Medical doctor conducts health check-up and provides medicine two times per year.

    4. Indicator: each student is provided one set of books and four sets of uniforms and personal clothing items.

    5. Indicator: students have the opportunity for indoor and outdoor recreation and play facilities and training in crafts and hobbies measured by daily physical education and semester classes in art or music.
